Creation of CETIAT
First call for subscriptions from 280 firms in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and air handling industry.
Official inauguration of CETIAT and installation of its headquarters in Paris
Installation of the Orsay laboratory (Paris region) dedicated to applied research and prototype testing
Inauguration of the Lyon-Villeurbanne laboratory
First heat pump test platform
Inauguration of a solar collector test unit using artificial lighting
Accreditation of the hygrometer calibration laboratory by the French bureau of metrology (BNM)
Construction of a test platform for solid fuel boilers
Creation of the ERICA platform to study thermal processes integrating radiant energies, in collaboration with IFTH (French textile & clothing institute)
Major investment by CETIAT in numerical simulation code for fluid mechanics
New CETIAT organisation with operational management common to both laboratories
Construction of a new laboratory and consolidation of all CETIAT activities in Villeurbanne
Creation of the website and organisation of the first CETIAT annual conference
First edition of FAN, international conference on fan noise co-hosted by CETIAT and CETIM
Recognition of CETIAT by the French bureau of metrology (BNM) as an associate laboratory in the field of anemometry
Award of ISO 9001:2000 quality certification for all activities
Creation of CERTITA in partnership with ATITA, CSTB and LNE
Construction of the BELENOS laboratory in Nîmes to study and test solar thermal systems, jointly managed with LNE
First edition of FIRE (conference on energy recovery in industry)
Installation of the pioneer micro-flowmeter calibration bench in Europe
Initiation of the PROMEVENT project to ensure the reliability of the inspection protocol for ventilation installations
Convenorship of a working group on energy efficiency in industry at the request of the French Directorate General for Enterprise (DGE)
Creation of ALLICE (industrial alliance for competitiveness and energy efficiency) in partnership with Cetim, CEA Liten, CTCPA and ENEA Consulting
