Modélisation d'un séchoir à courant parallèle et développement d'un module BOOST

Résumé et principaux résultats

Ce document présente la modélisation d'un séchoir à flux parallèles, la méthode numérique utilisée pour la résolution du système d'équations et le module de calcul correspondant intégré dans le logiciel BOOST. Il décrit la comparaison des résultats de calcul avec ceux obtenus dans une expérimentation réalisée au CETIAT sur le séchage de carottes. Pour finir, il présente une méthode de détermination des conditions d'entrée qui optimise la consommation énergétique globale.

Abstract: This document describes the modeling of a parallel flow drier, the numerical method used for the resolution of the equations system, and the module integrated in software BOOST. It presents the comparison between the computational results and those obtained in an experimentation carried out by CETIAT on carrot drying. And to finish it presents a method to determine the entry conditions which optimizes the global energy consumption
