Potentiel d'électrification des procédés thermiques industriels - Phase 2 (action collective ALLICE)

Dans la logique de son activité d'accompagnement de l'innovation et de l'efficacité énergétique pour l'industrie, ALLICE a souhaité informer ses adhérents sur le potentiel d'électrification de différents procédés thermiques industriels et la compétitivité des solutions électriques qui s'offrent dans les différents secteurs. Suite à une première étude réalisée en 2020 (voir NT 2021/013) portant sur une analyse du potentiel technique, économique et opérationnel de la substitution vers l'électrique à l'échelle d'un site industriel et sur les axes d'innovation pour l'électrification, ALLICE a missionné Enea Consulting pour la réalisation d'une seconde étude dont ce document constitue la synthèse. Cette seconde étude a été cofinancée par l'ADEME et le CETIAT. L'objectif est d'élargir le champ d'analyses au niveau national pour fournir une vision du potentiel d'électrification dans les différents secteurs industriels à horizon 2035, ainsi qu'une analyse critique des tendances de fond de l'électrification, en particulier en lien avec les dynamiques long terme des marchés de l'énergie.

Title: Electrification potential of industrial thermal processes - Phase 2
Absstract: In line with its activity of supporting innovation and energy efficiency for industry, ALLICE wanted to inform its members about the electrification potential of various industrial thermal processes and the competitiveness of electrical solutions available in the various sectors. Following an initial study carried out in 2020 (see NT 2021/013) relating to an analysis of the technical, economic and operational potential of substitution towards electricity at the scale of an industrial site and on the axes of innovation for electrification, ALLICE commissioned Enea Consulting to carry out a second study of which this document constitutes the synthesis. This second study was co-financed by ADEME and CETIAT. The objective is to broaden the scope of analyzes at the national level to provide a vision of the potential for electrification in the various industrial sectors by 2035, as well as a critical analysis of the underlying trends in electrification, in particular linked to the long-term dynamics of the energy markets.
