Mise à jour du module BOOST de certification des chaudières gaz étanches

Le métamodule CERTIF C1-C3-C5 est un outil permettant de déterminer la perte de charge d'une chaudière avec une longueur L de conduits concentriques et un terminal imposant une recirculation des fumées dans l'air de combustion. Ce métamodule a été développé jusqu'en 2009 mais il n'est plus maintenu depuis. L'objectif est de remettre à plat ces modules de certification des chaudières étanches. Ce rapport inclus les méthodes des calculs utilisées, permet de donner une vision globale de l'outil et établi un point de départ pour des futures modifications en vue d'une adaptation aux nouvelles règles de calcul et d'essai pour la certification des chaudières étanches. Les résultats de comparaison entre la nouvelle version 2018 de l'outil et celle développée jusqu'en en 2009 montrent une très bonne corrélation des résultats.

Title: Actualisation of the BOOST module for the certification of type C boilers
Abstract: The metamodule CERTIF C1-C3-C5 is a tool that calculates the pressure drop of a boiler associated with a length L of concentric fumes tubes and a fumes terminal imposing a fumes recirculation towards the combustion air. This tool was developed until 2009 but it has not been maintained since. The aim of this study is to do a maintenance operation of this tool. This document describes the calculation methods used in each module, gives a global vision of the tool and stablishes a starting point for any future modification of the tool to adapt it to the new calculation methods and test conditions for the certification of type C boilers. Results obtained with the new version of the tool have been compared to the 2009 version. The comparison shows a very good agreement between the two versions.
